With Caprai Experience, we developed a secondary portal alongside the official Arnaldo Caprai website with a clear mission: to digitalize the winery hospitality experience and transform it into something bookable, accessible, and engaging. The project aims to give space and visibility to the wine tourism offering, highlighting tours, visits, and tastings in a user-friendly context. Each activity is presented with evocative images, engaging descriptions, and practical information designed to convey the value of the territory and the on-site experience. The website thus becomes a digital bridge between the winery and its audience, both in Italy and abroad.

At the core of the portal is an e-commerce system dedicated exclusively to the sale of physical experiences-a shop model not focused on wine as a product, but on the sensory experiences associated with the Caprai brand. Every offering—from basic tastings to full vineyard tours—is available for purchase online through an intuitive, mobile-optimized process designed for tourist users. The booking and payment system is integrated and secure, enabling the company to convert web traffic into actual bookings, generating direct returns from wine tourism activities. Caprai Experience is a perfect example of a phygital experience: a digital ecosystem that goes beyond simply informing, enabling direct connection with the physical world of the winery. Users discover experiences online, book independently, and then live them among vineyards, barrels, and glasses. The website becomes an integral part of the customer journey, extending the Caprai brand beyond the bottle to the emotional engagement of each guest.
